This Thai beef stir-fry recipe is super easy to prepare and takes just 10 minutes, plus it is very delicious and the whole family will love it!
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 400 g beef strips
- 1 red chili (deseeded, finely sliced)
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- basil leaves
Preheat the large frying pan until very hot. Pour in the oil and swirl around the pan.
Put the beef strips and chili and cook about 3 minutes stirring continuously until the meat is lightly brown.
Add the oyster sauce and cook until it coats the meat
Last, stir in the basil leaves and serve with rice.
