This healthy recipe is made of plain white fish fillets well seasoned and served with green salad. This low-fat, flavorful and delicious dish is going to become one of your favorite’s as you try it!
- 4 white fish fillets
- 4 teaspoon Thai red curry paste
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 1 cucumber (sliced into fingers)
- 1 romaine/2 little Gem of lettuces
- 1 lime (zest and juice)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 250 g brown rice
Preheat the oven to 200C/fan. Coat each fillet with 1 tsp of curry paste. Roast them on a baking sheet for 10 minutes until it’s cooked and flakes easily.
Add together the rest of the ingredients besides rice, in a large bowl and season.
Serve the brown rice topped with the spiced fish and some lime wedges on the side.
